Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball announced that junior forward Khamil Pierre is no longer a part of the program, as of June 30, 2025.
“Khamil is a great player and I have no doubt she will have success in the future,” head coach Shea Ralph said in a social media statement. “Ultimately, it was determined it would be best for Khamil and our program to go in different directions. We wish her the best of luck.”
This marks a significant loss for the Commodores, as the 6’2 forward averaged 20.4 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.9 steals per game during the 2024-25 season. She helped lead Vanderbilt to a 7-seed in the NCAA tournament and to its first national ranking (No. 23) since the 2013-14 season.
