After one season as one of the top players on the Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball team, graduate student Ciaja Harbison announced on Twitter that she will enter the 2023 WNBA Draft.
Harbison spent her undergraduate career at Saint Louis University before transferring to Vanderbilt for the 2022-2023 season. On a roster depleted by injuries, Harbison became the leading scorer, averaging 19.6 points in her 28 games. Memorably, she scored 41 points in a win over Texas A&M, tying the all-time program scoring record with Chantelle Anderson, who was present at the game. Harbison eventually earned All-SEC second-team honors.
The WNBA Draft will be held on April 10.
