Vanderbilt football returns for the start of their 2021 season this Saturday against East Tennessee State University at 7 p.m. CDT. Sports Editor Justin Hershey and Deputy Sports Editor Bryce Smith previewed the matchup in which the Commodores are heavy favorites. Bryce and Justin explain the keys to success for week one of the Clark Lea era and do a deep dive into each and every position group, breakout candidates and areas of concern for this year’s team. Justin Hershey ('22) was Sports Editor for The Vanderbilt Hustler. He has been on staff since freshman year, previously serving as a Staff Writer, Deputy Sports Editor and Lead Sports Analyst.
