The Grilled Cheeserie now accepting the Commodore Card

One of Hillsboro’s popular specialty restaurants, The Grilled Cheeserie, is accepting the Commodore Card as of Jan. 4.

Per its name, the restaurant specializes in gourmet grilled cheeses but also serves decadent milkshakes, tater tots and more. With the option to build your own grilled cheese or choose some of the house’s creations like the Pimiento Mac & Cheese or the B&B of Tennessee Grilled Cheeses, The Grilled Cheeserie provides plenty of ways to keep a classic like the grilled cheese fresh.
