Kui Hser Hser Gay is a first-year on the pre-law track studying political science and designing a major that specializes in international human rights. Gay is the person she is today because of faith and support from the vibrant, resilient and selflessly giving immigrant community in Portland, Oregon. Her dreams are made possible because of the people who have poured into her.
