With campus settling into a routine, students took time this week to pause and take in life around campus between exams.
Honoring Sept. 11
Vanderbilt’s Young Americans for Freedom covered Wyatt Lawn in American flags on Sept. 11. There were a total of 2,977 flags — one for each life lost in the World Trade Center in 2001.
Music City
There were big names in Music City on tour this weekend. Gracie Abrams played a sold-out show at Riverside Revival on Sept. 11 where she played an unreleased song. Cigarettes After Sex and Arctic Monkeys played downtown Nashville on Sept. 12.
