There comes a time every late summer where the heat starts to waver. In Nashville, there has been a mix off of windy rain and scorching sun. You can’t put on your bulky parka, but you also can’t let your obsession with cut-off shorts die.  So how do you craft the perfect outfit? Take some inspiration from these Vanderbilt students.
