The past weekend of Vanderbilt sports was a mixed bag of fun and utter sadness.

Yes, the Commodore football team qualified for a bowl game and beat Tennessee (again), but the Men’s Basketball team lost Darius Garland to a season-ending knee injury.

The life of a Vanderbilt fan is never easy.

On this week’s episode of The Hustler Sports 20 on VandyRadio, we discuss the implications of Vanderbilt’s bowl berth and what the team did to right the ship at the end of the season. Then, we get into the bad news of the weekend regarding Garland and examine how the team moves forward and contends in the SEC without their star guard.
