Last season, Vanderbilt Soccer rolled into the second round of the NCAA Tournament with tired legs. The Commodores had already defied expectations and were exhausted from a long, grinding season with lots of road trips.

This time around, however, the team is hungry. The team is focused, energized and ready to do some damage in Waco when it takes on Baylor on Friday night in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

On this week’s episode of The Darren Ambrose Show, Vanderbilt Soccer head coach Darren Ambrose breaks down his team’s 4-0 win over Murray State in the first round and shares how his team is handling preparations for a second-round trip to Waco to face second-seeded Baylor.

The game kicks off at 7 pm CT on Friday night in Waco. Coverage will be provided by Baylor Athletics.
